Burger

Ingredients

  • Sweet & Spicy-or- Red Chill Pepper Jerky, Pulled and Shredded 2 oz.
  • BBQ Sauce 3 Tbsp.
  • Slider Buns 2 ea.
  • Butter, softened 1 tsp.
  • Plum Cider Slaw 2 - #30 scoops.
  • Pickled Jalapeno 2-halves.

Instructions

  • Place pulled and shredded jerky and bbq sauce into a saute pan, heat and combine, about 45 seconds.
  • Apply softened butter to buns and toast on a flattop.
  • Place bottom buns side by side on a plate. Evenly divide sauced jerky between the two buns.
  • Place one scoop of plum cider slaw on top of each slider.
  • Top slaw with a pickled jalapeno half. Place top bun on each slider and secure with a skewer.
Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • Teriyaki Jerky, Chopped 2 oz.
  • Sweet Garlic Soy Sauce ¼ Cup.
  • Chopped Toasted Cashews 1 Tbsp.
  • Bibb Lettuce Cups 3 ea.
  • Spicy Carrots ¼ Cup.
  • Scallions 1 tsp
  • B & W Sesame Seeds ½ tsp.

Instructions

  • Place chopped Teriyaki jerky and sweet garlic soy sauce in saute pan, heat and combine, about 45 seconds. Sauce should coat jerky evenly.
  • Place lettuce cups across center of the plate. Evenly distribute jerky blend into each lettuce cup.
  • Garnish each cup evenly with spicy carrots, cashews and scallions.

  • ORIGINAL BEEF JERKY
  • 2 SLICES OF VELVEETA
  • Toasted bread
  • 1/4 CUP WHITE SHRED CHEDDAR

  • 2 SLICES OF VELVEETA

  • BBQ Sauce 3 tsp.
  • Slider Buns 2 oz.
  • Butter, softened 4 slices.
  • Plum Cider Slaw ½ cup.
  • Pickled Jalapeno 2 Tbsp.

Instructions

  • Spread 1 tsp, of butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place on a flattop butter side down to begin toasting.
  • On two of the slices, place 2 slices of Velveeta, 1 oz. of jerky and 1/4 cup of shredded white cheddar on each of the two slices.
  • On the third slice of bread, evenly apply dijonaise from a squeeze bottle to the
untoasted side.
  • Remove from the flattop when bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Place slices of breaded toasted side down onto a cutting board.
  • Assemble sandwich as shown to the right >>>>
  • Slice sandwich into three equal portions and stack on a plate.
